With the rise of technological inventions, devices have been created to help people surpass their natural limitations. In this information age, we encounter information overload on a daily basis. People rely on devices, especially smartphones, to remember things for them, making it less important for them to remember things themselves.
The overuse of these devices can impair human memory performance, distract individuals, and alter how humans perceive and memorize information about the world around them. While these devices are intended to enhance and assist humanity, they also seem to act as a double-edged sword, diminishing human capabilities.
The beginning of the project is my terrifying and interesting about memory loss.
The research started from the disease that affects human memory, in this case, Alzheimer what chosen for the observation and my observation found out the intersection about memory loss disease and the situation in this information era. This lead to the topic of overuse of technology especially smartphone can affect and impairs human memory.
